Orders that are placed for pick up after 4:30pm CST will have to be picked up no earlier than 8:45am the next morning on weekdays and 9:45am on Saturdays, We open at 8am weekdays and 9am Saturday Orders placed for delivery after or right as we are closing (5pm weekdays and 4pm Saturday) will be arranged the next morning that we are open and will be delivered as soon as possible.
Please make sure to have a current phone number for the recipient, we only use it if no one is home or if they are a good distance from us.
If we don't have a phone number to reach them we won't be able to deliver the flowers.
Aitkin Flowers is now offering a "Flower of the Month" club.
The 3 month subscription is delivered the 3 months that you pick, In the special instructions please let us know what 3 months you would like the flowers delivered.The months you pick don't have to be consecutive for instance you can pick February, August and December. If no months are given we will deliver the consecutive 3 months after the order is placed.
The first week of each of those 3 months your loved one will receive either a one of a kind flower arrangement or a beautiful plant.
The first flowers delivered will include a card informing them that they have been enrolled in the Flower of the Month Club & a message from you. Each month after that will include a small card reminding them who the flowers are from.
Arrangements & plants will vary with what is in season, but will always be fresh, beautiful and delivered right to their door by one of our amazing staff.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
