Orders that are placed for pick up after 4:30pm CST will have to be picked up no earlier than 8:45am the next morning on weekdays and 9:45am on Saturdays, We open at 8am weekdays and 9am Saturday Orders placed for delivery after or right as we are closing (5pm weekdays and 4pm Saturday) will be arranged the next morning that we are open and will be delivered as soon as possible.
Please make sure to have a current phone number for the recipient, we only use it if no one is home or if they are a good distance from us.
If we don't have a phone number to reach them we won't be able to deliver the flowers.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The original flower display wasn’t available and they substituted others for the ones they didn’t have. It looked even better then the original order. Delivery was awesome. It was delivered the next day like the website said. Overall the service was great. They notified me of changes and about delivery in a timely manner.
