If the delivery day says not available for same day delivery, please call the shop at 1-218-927-2815 and we will do our best to help you out.
Orders that are placed for pick up after 4:30pm CST will have to be picked up no earlier than 9:45am the next morning on weekdays and 9:45am on Saturdays, We open at 9am weekdays and 9am Saturday Orders placed for delivery after or right as we are closing (5pm weekdays and 4pm Saturday) will be arranged the next morning that we are open and will be delivered as soon as possible.
Please make sure to have a current phone number for the recipient, we only use it if no one is home or if they are a good distance from us.
If we don't have a phone number to reach them we won't be able to deliver the flowers.

Flowers were beautiful and my mom loved receiving them for her birthday. The delivery fee was astronomical so I had to have someone go and pick them up this year but that was the only negative of the experience. I've used Aitkin Flowers& Gifts 4 years in a row now and have never been disappointed in the floral arrangement.

Yes my mom thought they were pretty

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
